Recurring Protection Plans

Recurring Pest-Control Protection Plans

A one-time treatment clears what is here today. A recurring plan keeps the desert out for good — a maintained exterior barrier, scorpion and roach coverage, and free re-service between visits.

How the plan works

Four steps to a home the desert stays out of.

Every plan starts the same way — a full inspection and a real knockdown — then settles into a maintained barrier on the cadence that fits your property and your pest pressure.

Inspection & initial treatment

Your first visit is a full walk of the property — perimeter, entry points, garage, and yard. We identify what pressure you actually have (scorpions, roaches, ants, crickets, rodents) and knock down the active population inside and out before any recurring cadence begins.

Sealed entry points & exterior barrier

We treat the foundation, door and window thresholds, weep holes, and eaves, then flag gaps where scorpions and rodents slip in. The exterior barrier is where a recurring plan earns its keep in Phoenix — most pests are stopped before they ever reach the living space.

Recurring maintenance visits

On your chosen cadence, a licensed tech re-applies the exterior barrier, refreshes bait, checks previously treated harborage points, and re-inspects for new activity. You get a written treatment log every visit, and you never have to be home for exterior service.

Free re-service between visits

See a covered pest between scheduled visits? Call and we come back and re-treat at no charge — no trip fee, no per-visit cost. That is the whole point of a plan: the barrier is our responsibility to maintain, not yours to monitor.

Choose your cadence

Quarterly, bi-monthly, or monthly — matched to your pressure.

The right cadence depends on where you live and what you are up against. Homes near desert washes and new builds see the most scorpion pressure and usually run bi-monthly or monthly.

Quarterly Shield

Every 3 months · 4 visits/year

The baseline maintenance plan most Phoenix homes run. A refreshed exterior barrier every quarter holds general pest pressure down through each season change.

  • Exterior barrier re-applied each visit
  • Covers ants, roaches, spiders, crickets, silverfish
  • Free re-service between scheduled visits
  • Written treatment log every visit
  • Interior treatment on request at no extra charge

Best for: homes with typical, seasonal pest pressure and no active scorpion problem.

Monthly Shield

Every month · 12 visits/year

Maximum-pressure coverage. A monthly barrier is what we recommend for homes backing to open desert or fighting a persistent scorpion or roach problem.

  • Barrier maintained on a 30-day cycle
  • Heaviest coverage for scorpions and roaches
  • Same-day emergency dispatch priority
  • Interior + exterior on every visit
  • Ongoing rodent monitoring and exclusion checks

Best for: desert-adjacent homes, severe scorpion pressure, or properties with a history of recurring activity.

What every plan covers

  • Bark scorpions and other Arizona scorpion species
  • German and American roaches
  • Pavement, odorous house, and other nuisance ants
  • Black widows and common house spiders
  • Desert crickets, silverfish, and earwigs
  • Rodent entry-point monitoring and exclusion checks

Plan Questions

Recurring Plans, Answered

What pests are covered by a recurring plan?

The general-pest plans cover the pressure a Phoenix home actually faces year-round: bark scorpions, German and American roaches, ants, black widows and house spiders, crickets, silverfish, and earwigs, plus rodent entry-point monitoring. If a covered pest shows up between visits, re-service is free. Termite protection is handled separately — see below.

Do I need to be home for the recurring visits?

No. The recurring maintenance is primarily exterior — the barrier around your foundation, entry points, eaves, and yard — so we service most visits without you being home. If you want interior treatment on a given visit, or you are dealing with an inside issue, just let us know and we will schedule a time you can be there.

What makes Arizona pests — scorpions, roaches, termites — different?

Phoenix pressure is driven by desert heat. Bark scorpions are the most venomous in North America and hunt at night, slipping through gaps as small as a credit-card edge, so the exterior barrier and sealed entry points matter far more here than in milder climates. Roaches push indoors seeking water during dry summers, and subterranean termites stay active year-round underground. A recurring plan is built around that constant, season-agnostic pressure.

Is termite protection part of the recurring plan?

No — termite control is a separate program. Subterranean termites need a liquid soil barrier or a bait-station system, not the general-pest treatment used on a recurring plan. Recurring-plan members do get an annual termite check folded into a scheduled visit, and if we find activity we will scope a dedicated termite treatment. It is kept separate so you are only paying for the protection you actually need.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Our plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. We would rather keep you because the barrier is working than lock you into a term. If you ever want to pause for a season or stop entirely, one call does it.

What if pests come back between scheduled visits?

You call, and we come back and re-treat at no charge — no trip fee, no per-visit cost. Maintaining the barrier between visits is our job, not yours. Free re-service is the core promise of every recurring plan we offer, and it is backed by our written 30-day guarantee.
