Termite Control
Subterranean termites cause more structural damage in Arizona than any other pest. Detection is the first step — Rex conducts all termite inspections personally and provides a written report with photos. Treatment method depends on colony type, location, and home construction. Liquid treatments provide immediate knockdown; bait systems are better for ongoing monitoring in active areas. General Pest Control
Phoenix's climate supports year-round pest pressure — ants, roaches, spiders, and scorpions don't have an off-season here. Our general pest service treats the perimeter, entry points, and interior harborage areas. We use a combination of residual products for long-term control and targeted bait for specific pests. Recurring plans (monthly or quarterly) provide the most consistent results and include free re-treatment visits between scheduled services.

Rodent Exclusion
Exclusion is the only permanent solution to rodent problems. Poison bait kills individual rodents but doesn't address why they're getting in. We find every entry point — roof vents, pipe penetrations, gaps in soffits, foundation gaps — seal them with appropriate materials, and place snap traps for active control. We don't use rodenticide bait stations in living areas, a policy that protects children and pets.

Bed Bug Treatment
Bed bugs are one of the most stressful pest situations we handle — they're often found by accident, they spread quickly, and self-treatment success rates are very low. We treat every harborage point: seams and tufts in mattresses, box spring corners, bed frame joints, furniture in the affected room, and baseboards. We don't do broadcast spraying in occupied bedrooms — targeted application of appropriate products to specific harborage areas, with written documentation of what was treated and where.
